Sherri focuses on skilled nursing and assisted living properties with an emphasis on healthcare asset-based lending.

Sherri was admitted to the New York Bar in 1987 and has represented clients in general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and real estate transactions ever since. She brought her Manhattan experience to California in 2001 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2003. She continued to handle commercial transactional, real estate, and commercial clients, including real estate developers. Sherri was part of Experian North America’s corporate counsel team, and handled a wide variety of commercial matters, including data privacy, data breach, and information security.

Sherri joined the firm in 2017 and represents clients as commercial borrowers. She is an expert in accounts receivable, mezzanine, and real estate loans; mergers and acquisitions; and real estate and corporate transactions.

Sherri is extremely responsive and strives to provide the best service and work product possible. She is fiercely protective of her client’s interests, and is great at bringing parties together to successfully move the deal through. As a native New Yorker, Sherri lives by the motto “You don’t ask, you don’t get.”
