Sara M. Scott, Esq.

Sara focuses on assisting care providers to grow their companies and infrastructure to scale. Specializing in HUD financing and the home health and hospice sectors, Sara seeks to personalize her interactions with each client to meet their needs.

Sara joined the firm in 2013 after gaining California Bar admission in 2011. In 2017, Sara was admitted to the Texas State Bar and has completed numerous transactions in Texas and across the Western United States. Sara also specializes in corporate formation and entity organization to address the often-overlooked business dynamics that arise as operators scale.

Sara’s forte is solving problems and coordinating with parties to close deals for the clients in the most efficient way possible.

Sara is the mother of two beautiful boys and lives in Orange County with her husband. Sara is known as “Mrs. Fix It” around the office. She can fix almost anything!
