Jai joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2014. Having come from a litigation background, Jai has since focused his practice on representing skilled nursing and assisted living facility owners and operators in business and property transactions. He has assisted numerous clients on a variety of transaction and financing matters, including: purchase and sale, leasehold acquisitions; stock purchases; traditional commercial mortgage loans; HUD and bridge to HUD financing; mezzanine and accounts receivable financings.

Jai’s wife is also an attorney and the power couple live in Orange County with their twins, Garret and Erin.
